Connecting Genre, Audience, and Rhetorical Situation

After reading through several pieces and participating in different activities, I want you to connect genre, audience, and rhetorical situation together. How do they connect? Where do they fit into the writing process(es)? 

Think about your prior knowledge with genre, audience, and rhetorical situation. How does it differ now that you've been engaging with the terms for a couple weeks? Where do they fit into your writing practices and writing process(es)? 

Conclude by thinking about why it's important to learn these key terms, and why it's important to begin a writing course based on argument by learning these terms.
